Using the Recent Request Types-module
To add the Recent Request Types-module to a portal or site/category homepage:
- Click to edit the Service Desk-page.
- Click to add a module and choose Recent Request Types.
- Set the parameters to your liking and save.
- Save the Service Desk-page.
