We're supporting the languages Jira offers out of the box (see below) for our customer facing properties. In addition to these we're currently also offering Vietnamese (vi_VN), Chinese Traditional (zh_TW) as well as Portuguese (pt_PT). In order to fill the gaps on Atlassian properties for these languages a Jira Language pack might need to be installed, see guide here.

If you need your Refined translated to a language that is not bundled within the app, we can create a translation JAR for you.
If the language you wish to translated is on this list of supported languages, please proceed to: Tutorial: Enabling the language switcher and Tutorial: Custom translations to the portal (from 3.2).

We will send you a file where you translate the words as you see fit.
Send the the file back to us.
We will create a translation app, a jar file that contains the translations you provided which you can upload to your Jira via Manage apps > upload file. |
