Display a listing of knowledge base articles on the customer portal for quick and easy navigation to the right information.
Open the editor by clicking the icon in the top right hand corner and select Knowledge base from the selection of Modules.
You can add this module to the landing pages of categories, Jira projects or JSM portals on your Refined site. To make use of this module, you'll need to setup an Application link to your Confluence (learn more here: Using AppLinks to link to other applications). Enter the Confluence URL (make sure it matches the App Link exactly) and the relevant Confluence space key you want to pull the articles from.

When you leave the Space setting empty, the search will go towards your entire Confluence. You can also specify one or more spaces, use commas to separate the space keys.
If you are looking for information from different spaces, leave the space key field empty and add a label of your choice.
