Atlassian/Refined admins orchestrating a multi-instance consolidation will need to rebuild their Refined sites (sites and categories) on the new, consolidated data center Data Center instance, but doing so should be easy as layouts and themes can be imported and exported for quick builds. Refined Toolkit macros migrate automatically.

titleI migrated from Server to Data Center with Refined Toolkit for Confluenceinstalled, and got an error because I am running the Server version on Data center. What do I do?

Uninstall the Server version of the app and install a Data Center version instead. No data / content is lost after the reinstallation.

  1. Go to Manage apps and uninstall the current (Server) version.

  2. Download the Data Center version from Atlassian Marketplace.

  3. Install the app.
