Globally - for an entire Refined site (in the global search bar at the top of all pages, and in the Search Highlight module.)
Contextually - for specific parts of a Refined site. For example, you can add Promoted Search Results to a Service Management portal.
Promote a link
Head to the Refined Administration.
Click Sites in the left-hand menu.
Pick the site you want to work with.
Click on the Audience Features tab.
Choose the page to which you’d like to add a Promoted Search Result.
Click the + Create New button.
Set up the link.

JSM agents, project admins, admins, and other users can no longer create or edit links via Jira. This can now only be done via the Refined Administration. If they don’t have access, they can be added as a Refined AdminAdministrator. |
