When Jira Service Management is enabled in your Jira, all JSM projects are automatically added to the Global JSM Site. This is the equivalent of the Help Center in Jira, and cannot be disabled.Â
You can decide whether all the JSM projects are shown within Refined sites, or if you want to keep some of it in default JSM. This is done by enabling or disabling Refined Globally.
Go to the Refined Administration > Jira Service Management tab. Toggle Enable Refined globally on or off.
