Your blog site can be accessed through: YOUR_DOMAINBlog spaces let you present blog posts in a clean, reader-friendly way. You can add them to a dedicated blog site or any of your other Refined sites.
Blog site
The purpose of a blog site is to group all blogs together. The blog site’s main landing page consolidates blogs from all the blog spaces that you added. This provides users with one central location to see blogs from different spaces. It’s also possible to see the blogs per space.
You can create special themes for your blog site in the theme editor.
Users can access your blog site through: (your domain).com/blogA blog is a space that only shows blog posts. Blogs can be displayed on a Site or Category home using the Newsmodule. With Refined you can have a stand alone themed Blog Site.
Blogs are created through the Create Space icon or from the Blog Site.

The blog site is in the list of sites. It can’t be removed, but you can enable or disable it. Additionally, you can:

There are two main ways of creating blogs in Refined.
Directly on the Blog Site
On your Main Site/s
Creating a blog on the Blog Site
From the Blog Site you can Create your first blog.
Add your blog categories (blog spaces). These are a way of organizing your blogs into blog topics.
Create your blog post within the blog category by clicking the Plus button in the top right corner.
Click the speaker button if you wish for this blog post to display on the Site Home (dashboard).
Creating a blog on the Main Site
This is useful if you wish to have news or blogs targeted to a category.

Add a blog space by adding a space, then selecting "Blog".

You will then be asked to choose a home on your Site for the blog space to live on.
Blog Site means you want to add this blog space to the Blog Site.
Main Site means you only want the blog space and blog posts to display on the selected category home using the news module (and not on the Blog Site).
You can also re-arrange your blog spaces in the Site Builder.

Create your blog post within the blog category space by clicking the Create button in the bottom right hand corner.
The Blog Space will now be available (by default) in the dropdown menu for that category.

Select to which blog space you want to add a blog post.
Blogs on a global or additional site site
To create a site that contains Confluence spaces as well as blog spaces, add blog spaces to a global or additional site. On these sites, blog spaces follow your site’s theme. If you prefer a special look for your blogs, consider creating a blog site with a dedicated blog theme instead.

Control News module/macro content using the News System
If you are looking to show blog posts on a site home or category home, use the News module. To show blog posts on pages, user dashboards, and space layouts, use the News macro.
When you don’t want to include every blog in a News module or News macro, you can use the News System to easily control which blogs will show up.
a. Configure your News module to only show blogs with the Confluence label visible_on_dashboard.
b. Configure your News macro to Type = News.Go to Refined Administration > Configuration.
Under Theme configuration, go to General > News system > select Enable.
Your blogs now have a new button. Clicking it adds the label visible_on_dashboard to a blog, making it show up in the News module/macro that your configured earlier.
