To set the colours of the background and font, go to the Theme Editor.
To edit the content of the footer:
Go the the site home and scroll down to the footer.
Hover the footer with your mouse and click the Pen icon in the top right.
You’re now in Use the footer’s Layout Editor, in which you can edit it to edit the footer to your liking.
