You can set View Permissions for each of your sites, meaning you can control who is able to access themcontrol which kind of user has access to a site. Note that Atlassian permissions still apply to all Atlassian content on your site.
Go to the Permissions tab
Head to the Refined Administration.
Click Sites in the left-hand menu.
Pick the site you want to work with.
Click on the Permissions tab.

Setting view permissions on your Refined site does not impact any permissions already set on your Atlassian Confluence or Jira instances.Public - Anyone can view your site, regardless of whether they are logged in or not.
