Filter requests

Users can click the filter bars available at the top of the My Requests view to narrow down which requests they see.

Here you’ll filter on any specific request type that was used to create the requestThis filter only shows request types that the user is allowed to view.

Location

Here you can search for a location in the structure you or your Refined administrator set up via the Site Builder.

You can search for a site, category or the portals to limit showing requests contained in thoseType to search for a specific site, category or portal.

Results appear in a drop-down list.

Text

The free-text search will append a JQL query to search for text ~ $query

In short this means you’ll be able to search summary/title, description or the KEY of the request, as listed under ReferenceSearch for keywords in a request’s title or description.

Edit columns

Use the Users can click Edit columnsbutton to customise which columns are shown . Search for and check/uncheck the columns you’d like present and save. Once saved, the table will update with your new selection of columns. There’s also the option to restore to the default values.

Sort columns

Click the column headers that feature up/own arrows to sort them in ascending or descending order.

Rearrange columns

Rearrange columns by clicking and briefly holding the the column header. A move icon appears, allowing you to drag and drop the column into another location.
