Portal ID | If left empty, the portal you are on will be used. Alternatively, enter a specific service desk ID (found in the URL of that service desk). |

You can include IDs from multiple groups or projects by separating them with a comma. |
Show service project name Available when Display is set to Selected request types or Selected groups. | Select to show the service project name together with the groups. |
Hide groups Available when Display is set to Selected request types. | Select to display all request types together and disregard the Display settings. |

Go to the Project settings via the project Agent view.
Here you can browse request type groups and request types.
For any selected current group, you can find the group ID in the URL:
