  • Layouts

  • Themes

  • Navigation structure

  • Promoted search results

  • Announcements

  • User ids of logged-in users

  • Page metadata (description that is added in Refined)

  • Feedback content (of feedback submitted via Refined)

  • Media files

    • Images uploaded into the layouts and themes.

    • Images uploaded as site logos, favicons, and app icons.

We do not store:

  • Personally identifiable information (except for IP addresses that we store in our logs for two weeks).

  • Login credentials. We never store login credentials of users, and authentication happens through Atlassian.

  • Atlassian Content. Atlassian content is never cached and it is fetched on demand for the user requesting the data.

How do I exit the service agreement?

  1. In Confluence or Jira, go to Settings > AppsManage apps.

  2. Select Refined, then select Unsubscribe and Uninstall.

  3. Refined will delete the customers data after 30 days from the uninstallation.
