To edit the content and look of a page ( Refined Page, page connected to a Confluence space, page connected to a Jira Software project, or page connected to a JSM portal)project:
Click its … (Three dots) > Edit Page.
The page will then open in the Page Builder.

The icon on the left-hand side of your content item indicates its content type: Page, Link, or Menu Folder. Confluence spaces, Jira Software projects and JSM portals projects always feature the Page icon and a content source icon: Confluence, Jira Software, or Jira Service Management, which is the logo of the Atlassian product.
On the right-hand side of the Site Builder, you can find an overview of the icons and their meanings.
