A Refined Page isn’t the same as is a Confluence page – it is an additional page you can use to add more content and structure to your site. For example, on an intranet you can add a Refined Page to direct users to HR, Teams, Offices, and News sections on your site.All child items nested page that you can customize in the Page Builder. Although it doesn't feature a specific Confluence space, Jira Software project or JSM project itself, you can let it show content from spaces and projects that are already added in the Site Builder.
You can group items under a Refined Page in the Site Builder. These items then appear in a drop-down menu when you click the page’s name Refined Page item in the navigation menu.

Add it to the bottom of the Site Builder by clicking the + Add Content button.
Add it to a specific location in the Site Builder by hovering your cursor between content items and clicking the plus symbol that appears.
Edit Refined Page settings
To edit the settings of a Refined Page:

and edit its settings.
Use the Page Builder to edit the page’s content and structure. For example, you can add a news feed, links to other pages, or important announcements.
