Create an announcement banner
Go to the Refined Administration.
Click Sites in the left-hand menu.
Pick Select the site you want to work with.
Go to the Audience Features tab.
Click + Create Announcement.

Link URL and Link text | Add a link to the right side of the announcement banner. Adding only a |
URL will show that exact link in the banner. By also adding a Link text, you create a clickable text that opens the link. | |

isn't visible on your site until you check this box to publish it. |
Closable |
If you check thisbox, users can close the banner. Otherwise, the banner stays visible while users browse the site. | |
Type | You can choose one of four banner types: warning, alert, info, and announcement. The icon and banner |
