Site Access Permissions access permissions let you control who can access your site. Note that Confluence and Jira Service Management (JSM) permissions still apply to all spaces and projects on your site.
Manage a site’s access permissions
Head to the Refined Administration.
Click Sites in the left-hand menu.
Select the site.
Click the Permissions tab.
