Layout export to Cloud

Migrating to cloud just got easier: you can now export your layouts and import them in a Refined Cloud instance. For modules that differ between the platforms, you’ll be given a choice on how to proceed with some pre-filled recommended actions.

Refined for Jira became Refined for Jira Service Management

While the app still supports and work with Jira projects, we recently renamed it to Refined for Jira Service Management to better reflect our main use cases. The 3.6.0 release updates the in-app texts and names accordingly.

Toggle admin preview mode

When Refined isn’t enabled globally, administrators usually still get redirected to a preview of the themed site. It’s now possible to disable this preview from the admin settings, allowing the redirection to the default JSM portal.

Approvals action page themed

The approvals action page is now themed appropriately by Refined, depending on whether the portal is placed on a Refined site.

Library updates

We’ve updated our internal libraries to ensure the latest security, improvement and bug fixes.

Additional features & improvements

As usual, this release also contains multiple bug fixes and improvements:

• Fixed an issue where images couldn’t be previewed after creating a new request.

• Added a way to configure the “no results” message for the My Request module.

• Fixed an issue where you couldn’t upload certain images due to special characters in the name.

• Ensured it’s possible to import themes that has been exported from Refined for Confluence.

• Fixed an issue where mobile view sidebar menu was displayed wrong.
