Simply click the module’s title to start writing and formatting. You can use text variables to make the text dynamic, for example to display the user’s first name.

The portal group names are set up in JSM. To edit them:

  1. Go to your JSM project.

  2. Click Project settings in the left-hand menu.

  3. Click Portal settings in the left-hand menu and go to the Portal groups tab.

To find a JSM portal ID:

  1. Go to your JSM project.

  2. In Click Channels > Portal in the left-hand menu, click Channels > Portal.

  3. The ID is the last number of the portal’s URL. For example, when the URL ends with customer/portal/32, the ID is 32.

titleFind a Portal Group ID

If you are not sure in which Portal Group your Request Type is located, go to your Service Project > Project Settings > the Portal Groups tab.

Once you know which Portal Group’s ID you need:

  1. Go to your JSM project.

  2. In Click Channels > Portal in the left-hand menu, click Channels > Portal.

  3. Click on a Portal Group or hover over it to see its URL. The ID is the last number of the URL. For example, when a Portal Group’s URL ends with customer/portal/32/group/56, the ID is 56.
