My Requests module
Use the The My Requests module to show a user’s shows users their open requests in a JSM project. It offers users a truly personalised experience, since they only see content relevant to their account. Users can filter the requests based on status and request type. They can also use the search bar to find requests based on keywords.
This module is only populated for logged-in users – : it is empty for anonymous users. We therefore suggest using setting up View Permissions on the module’s section to only show the module’s section it to users logged in to Atlassian.

Select the module to see its menu, which appears on its right-hand side.
Click the Cogwheel.
Edit the settings, which are divided over multiple tabs:

Go to your JSM project > Channels > Help Center.
Look at the URL. For example, in the URL servicedesk/customer/portal/10, the Service Desk ID is 10.
