Help users find content quicker by recommending pages to them when they search for specific keywords. Promoted search results appear at the top of the list of search dialogresults.

Promote a search result
Head to the Refined Administration.
Click Sites in the left-hand menu.
Select a site.
Click the Search Settings tab.
Scroll down to Promoted Search Results.
Click the + Create New button.
Set up the promoted search result.
