  • Login credentials. We never store login credentials of users, and authentication happens through Atlassian.

  • Atlassian Content. Atlassian content is never cached and it is fetched on demand for the user requesting the data.

Data access

Access to Refined Toolkit's cloud infrastructure is restricted to Refined employees who require access to develop, maintain and troubleshoot issues within the product.

Data residency

For customers who installed Refined Toolkit after 4 March 2023, the data residency matches the Confluence instance’s location if it’s located in EU or US.

So if your Confluence instance is located in the EU, Refined data will be stored in the EU as well. Soon, customers will be able to choose Refined Toolkit’s data residency in Security settings in Atlassian Administration.

Exit the service agreement

  1. Move all content out of every Refined Toolkit macro.

  2. Go to Settings > AppsManage apps.

  3. Select Refined, then select Unsubscribe and Uninstall.

  4. Refined will delete the customer's data after 30 days from the uninstallation.
