Setting | Description | ||

Link | Add https:// before a URL. You can also use relative links to direct users to pages on the site, for example /space/(spacekey) or /project/(projectkey). | ||
Name | The promoted result’s name in the search dialog. | ||
Icon | Shown next to the promoted result’s name in the search dialog. | ||
Locations | To show the result in all searches, add the site name as a location. To show the result only in specific areas of the site, add them as locations.

Keyword | The search dialog shows the promoted result when a user searches for any of these key terms. Simply type and hit enter to add keywords. | ||
Open in new tab | Open the page in a new tab instead of the current tab. | ||
Promote when no results are found | Show this result whenever the search dialog doesn’t find any results, regardless of the keywords. |
Edit or delete a promoted search result
Click a result’s Cogwheel.
Click Edit or Delete.
See statistics
We keep track of In the overview of promoted search results you can see how often each link is clicked and when it . Hover the number to see when the result was clicked last. This helps you identify what your users are looking for, so you can delete the promoted search results that no longer serve their purpose.
