We offer two Refined Sites apps: Refined Sites for Confluence and Refined Sites for Jira Service Management. While you can use one app on its own to feature only Confluence spaces or JSM projects on your sites, many types of sites benefit from using both apps together. For example, build an intranet that features Confluence spaces (team spaces, employee handbooks, etc.) and JSM service desks (to contact HR, IT, etc.) Similarly, you can create an external-facing help site that features not only a customer support desk, but also self-help articles – just like we did on the site you’re looking at right now. |
