A default request type can be set to catch questions when the end users haven't found helps your users contact you when they can’t find what they're looking for. The They see the default request type is displayed when:
- a user gets an empty search result
- a user is not
They search on your site but there are no search results to show.
They aren’t permitted to view a page.
- a user ends
They end up on a
contentContent not found page.
