Data from Refined for Confluence/Jira is stored in the same database as Confluence/Jira. In addition to this we are also storing some also store a number of files in a folder inside the Confluence/Jira home folder.When migrating to Data Center: Rw ui steps macro

Missing images or themes
If you don’t manually copy Refined’s data folder after migration (see step 2 in the migration guide), you will not see images or themes. If you have completed this step but the images are still not displayed, please check the permissions of the Refined data folder. The folder should be owned by the same user who owns the Confluence or Jira home folder.
Sometimes you'll need to do a hard refresh of the page to get the images to show up

Please note:
Changing context path might result in undisplayed images in themes and layouts.
Links with absolute URLs will still point to the old instance. This is why we recommend using relative links. Read about relative links in the Refined for Confluence Server/DC documentation and the Refined for Jira Service Management Server/DC documentation.
