By applying a theme to a Confluence space, you personalise personalize the look of all pages within the space and create a highly customisable space overview(except the space overview, which you can fully customize using the page builder). You can choose a ready-made theme or create your own.

As a space administrator, you can create a local theme:
In Click the Space settings in the left-hand menu of your space, click Overview.
In the Theming section, select Configure Refined Toolkit.
Click the … (three dots) Change theme button > Change theme to switch to Create a different theme, or Edit to theme for this space.
