By applying a theme to a Confluence space, you personalize the look of all pages within the space and create a highly customizable space overview(except the space overview, which you can fully customize using the page builder). You can choose a ready-made theme or create your own.

As a space administrator, you can create a local theme:
Click the space name Space settings in the left-hand menu.
In the Theming section, select Configure Refined Toolkit.
Click the … (three dots) button. Choose Change theme to switch to a different theme, or Edit to button > Create a theme for this space.
