After installing the app, you can start using macros right away.

Activate Refined Toolkit

To apply themes and customise a space overview, you need to first activate Refined Toolkit for that space.

1. Navigate to a space.

2. Go to Space settings in the left-hand menu.

3. Click ThemingIn the Theming section, click Configure Refined Toolkit.

4. Click Activate theming for this space.

5. Choose a theme.

6. Navigate back to the space overview.

Theming

Theme spaces to customize the look of all their pages. Choose a ready-made theme or create your own.

1. Click the space name Space settings in the left-hand menu.

2. In the Theming section, select Configure Refined Toolkit.

3. Click the … (three dots) button. Choose Change theme to switch to a different theme, or button > Create a theme for this space.
   Or Edit to make changes to the current theme.

Macros

Add macros to your pages to streamline navigation, offer interactive content, and make information easier to digest. Hit the / key or click the + in the editor toolbar and select a Refined macro.
