Each Refined Site has its own structure. The structure is built using Categories and Jira projects. Each category and Jira project have their own landing page that can be modified.

Categories are added to a specific site, and can be dragged-and-dropped between sites.

For the site you want to create the category, click the + in the top right corner

In addition to adding Jira projects, you can structure your sites in the Site Builder using categories:
Each category in your category menu has a category home: a landing page for this category. You edit the content of these pages in the Layout Editor.
The categories show up in site navigation menu, which is located at the top of your site.
Add a category to a site
Go to the Site Builder.
Click the + (Plus) button in the top right corner of a site block.

Theme |
When parent theme is used, the same theme set on the site or category where this category is will be used.
The Theme can be set on a category level. Any item placed in the category will have this theme unless specifically set on that item.

The category can be used as a landing page - the category home, and it can hold other items:

- Jira projects
- Jira Service Desks

Edit a category
Go to the Site Builder.
Click a category’s Cogwheel > Edit category.
Set up the category (see the settings table above).
Move categories between sites
You can move existing categories between sites by simply dragging and dropping them in the Site Builder.
