Refined Partner up with Atlassian Solution Partners worldwide to work together to implement high quality Atlassian solutions for customers. In 2020 we launched Become a new partner program of Refined which introduced new resources for partners, partner tiers, requirements and benefits.

Partners of Refined are categorised into tiers according to their sales of Refined in the previous year and their activities and engagement with Refined. The tiers are Platinum, Gold, Silver and Emerging. New Partners automatically fall into our ‘new’ partner tier, unless their sales are higher than $4000 the previous year when applying.

The minimum sales are based on the sale or purchase price in $US dollars in 20192020.
New partners will have one year from when they become partners to establish themselves as partners. If after one year their sales are below $4000 they will no longer be treated recommended as partners of Refined.
Evidence of engagement and activities means we have reason to believe the partner implements high quality versions of our apps for customers. We will look at customer examples, activity in support, interaction at events, communication, and direct engagement with us to assess this.

How to become a Refined Partner
To become a Partner an official partner of Refined , and join our program you must be a certified Atlassian Solution Partner or Global Alliance Partner and you will need to fill in our ‘Become a Partner’ form. Once these are fulfilled we will review your application and send you information accordingly.
What do existing Partners of Refined need to do?
We will be reaching out to existing partners of Refined and ask that they fill in our ‘Verify Partnership' form. This will validate the partners commitment to partner with us with us and allow us to gather important business and contact information.
