Users can access the My requests overview from all sites and portals via their user an overview of their requests and those shared with them:

Edit columns
Use Users can click the Edit columns button to customise which columns are shown . Search for and check/uncheck the columns you’d like present and save. Once saved, the table will update with your new selection of columns. There’s also the option to restore to the default values.

Sort columns
Click the column headers that feature up/own arrows to sort them in ascending or descending order.
Rearrange columns
Rearrange columns by clicking and briefly holding the the column header. A move icon appears, allowing you to drag and drop the column into another location.
