A default request type helps your users contact you when they can’t find what they're looking for. They see the default request type when:
They search on your site but there are no search results to show.
They aren’t permitted to view a page.
They end up on a Content not found page.

Set up a default request type
Go to the Refined Administration.
Click the Jira Service Management tab.
Scroll down to the Default Request Type section.
Click the Configure button.
Choose a Service project and pick the Request type you want to use.
