Info

This module works through Application links. Due to technical limitations it does not work with Confluence Cloud knowledge bases. , this module only works with Confluence Server/DC knowledge bases, not with knowledge bases on Confluence Cloud.

Display a listing of knowledge base articles on the customer portal for quick and easy navigation to the right information.

You can add this module to your site’s site home, category homes, and Jira projects, and or JSM portals. First, you'll need to setup an Application link to your Confluence (learn more here: Using AppLinks to link to other applications). Enter the Confluence URL (make sure it matches the App Link exactly) and the relevant Confluence space key you want to pull the articles from.

When you leave the Space setting empty, the search will go towards your entire Confluence. You can also specify one or more spaces, use commas to separate the space keys.

If you are looking for information from different spaces, leave the space key field empty and add a label of your choice./JSM portals.
