Refined for Jira Server Service Management supports the following languages in the Refined Administration:

From In Refined for Jira Data Center version 3.20 and up, you can change the language on of the customer-facing parts of your site. text on your site. Add the language switcher to your site to let users read your content in their preferred language, and to add your own wordings and phrasings (Refined for Jira Data Center version 3.2 and up).
We support the languages Jira offers out of the box in customer facing properties, as well as Vietnamese (vi_VN), Chinese Traditional (zh_TW) and Portuguese (pt_PT).
