Create an announcement banner
Go to the Go to the Refined Administration.
Click Sites in the left-hand menu.
Select the site.
Go to the Audience features tab.
Scroll down to the Announcement banners section.
Click + Create banner.
Setting | Description |

Title | Write your announcement. |
Scope | You can show banners on an entire site or on specific pages. The announcement banner shows up on the selected pages plus all pages that are located below it in the site structure. You can also set an announcement banner on the login page. |
Link URL | Fill in these fields to add a link to the right side of the announcement banner. |
Published | The banner only visible on your site if this setting is turned on. |
Closable | If this setting is turned on, users can close the banner. If the setting is off, the banner stays visible while users browse the site. |
Type | You can choose one of four banner types: warning, alert, info, and news. The icon and banner color change depending on the banner type. |
