Refined for Jira Server Service Management supports the following languages in the Refined Administration:

Customer-facing languages
From In Refined for Jira Data Center version 3.20 and up, you can change the language on of the customer-facing parts of text on your site. Add the language switcher to your site to let users read your content in their preferred language, and to add your own wordings and phrasings (Refined for Jira Data Center version 3.2 and up).
We support the languages Jira offers out of the box in customer facing properties, as well as Vietnamese (vi_VN), Chinese Traditional (zh_TW) and Portuguese (pt_PT).
If the language you wish to translated is on this list of supported languages, enable the language switcher on your site and add your own translations, wordings and phrasings.
