This functionality was previously called Recommended Links.
Use Promoted Search Results to improve your users' search experience. It lets you decide what pages are suggested to users when they search for specific key terms. This reduces the amount of time they have to spend looking through documentation.
Promoted Search Results can be used globally or contextually.
Globally - for an entire Refined site (in the global search bar at the top of all pages, and in the Search Highlight module.)
Contextually - for specific parts of a Refined site. For example, you can add Promoted Search Results to a Service Management portal.

Go to your site’s Audience Features tab in the Refined Administration.

In the Audience Features tab, you can also see an overview of promoted links on your site. We keep track of how often each link is clicked and when it was clicked last. This helps you identify what your users are looking for, so you can delete the links that no longer serve their purpose.
To see the statistics, hover your mouse on the number of clicks.
JSM agents, project admins, admins, and other users can no longer create or edit links via Jira. This can now only be done via the Refined Administration. If they don’t have access, they can be added as a Refined Admin.
