The Activity Stream macro shows recently updated pages in a space. It includes the date of change and which user made the update.
Add and edit the macro
You can add macros to pages, user dashboards, and space layouts.
To change its settings, click the macro > Edit.
Parameter | Description |
---|---|
Title | Set the title of the macro. |
Max items | Set the maximum number of items to be displayed (15 by default). |
Content types | Filter content by type. To specify more than one type, separate the types with commas. Available types are: page, blogpost, space desc, attachment, comment, mail, and user info. |
Authors | Filter updates by a list of usernames. Separate usernames with commas. |
Labels | Include only pages tagged with these labels. Separate labels with commas. |
Spaces | This parameter allows you to filter content by space. You can specify one or more space keys, separated by a comma. Add @self for the current space key. |
Category key | Filter the content by a category. Note that this is automatically done if the macro is placed on a category home. |
CQL | Note: This is an advanced option using Atlassian CQL. Defining a query here will ignore other filtering parameters. Default value is: |
Macro key
Macro keys are used to identify macros in the macro browser, and to build custom solutions. The Activity Stream macro has two macro keys rw-activity-stream and recently-updated-dashboard-category.
