Refined for Jira Server supports the following languages:

  • English

  • German

  • French

  • Dutch

  • Spanish

  • Finnish 

Customer-facing languages

From version 3.2, you can change the language on the customer-facing parts of your site. We support the languages Jira offers out of the box in customer facing properties, as well as Vietnamese (vi_VN), Chinese Traditional (zh_TW) and Portuguese (pt_PT).

If the language you wish to translated is on this list of supported languages:

If you need a language that is not bundled within the app:

  1. Install a custom language pack for Jira.

  2. Contact us and let us know you want to translate the customer-facing parts of Refined.

  3. We will send you a file where you translate the words as you see fit.

  4. Send the the file back to us once you are done.

  5. We will create a jar file that contains the translations you provided.

  6. Upload the file to your Jira via Manage apps > Upload file.
