This functionality was previously called Recommended Links.

Use Promoted Search Results to improve your users' search experience. It lets you decide which pages are suggested to users when they search for specific key terms. This reduces the amount of time users have to spend looking through documentation.

Promoted Search Results are enabled when the Search Highlight Module exists on a site home, category home or customer portal. This module exists on these pages by default, but can be manually removed.

Create and manage Promoted Search Results

Project administrators and project agents can add Promoted Search Results to JSM portals. Go to the project > Refined customer portal in the left-hand menu > Promoted Search Results.

Jira administrators and Refined administrators can add other Promoted Search Results to Refined sites. Go to a Site or category > Cogwheel in top right corner > Promoted Search Results. Alternatively, go to the Refined Administration > the Promoted Search Results tab.

Here you also see overview of links that are currently active on your site, and some statistics for their use. We keep track of how often each link is clicked and when it was clicked last. This helps you identify what your users are looking for, so you can delete the links that no longer serve their purpose.
