All pages and links that you group into a menu folder are shown in a dropdown list in your site’s navigation menu with the help of Menu Folders. All child items nested under a menu folder in the Site Builder appear in a drop-down menu when you click the page’s name in the navigation menu.
Menu folders are only used to add structure to the navigation menu: they don’t get their own page on your site. If you want a landing page for the content you grouped together, use a Refined Page instead.
Add a menu folder to your site
Go to the Site Builder.
Choose where to add the Menu Folder in your site’s structure. You can always move it to a different location later by dragging and dropping it.
Add it to the bottom of the Site Builder by clicking the + Add Content button.
Add it to a specific location in the Site Builder, by hovering your cursor between content items. Click the plus button that appears to add the menu folder as a parent item or the insert button to add it as a child item. Learn about parent and child items.

Go to the Site Builder.
Click the menu folder’s … (Three dots) > settings.
