You can group items under a Menu Folder in the Site Builder. These items then appear in a drop-down menu when you click the Menu Folder item in the navigation menu (if the navigation menu has a Content menu style).

Drop-down menus help users to quickly navigate your site's content. For large websites, drop-down menus can save users time by allowing them to jump down a level or two to get to the content they seek.

To create drop-downs with multiple columns, group multiple menu folders underneath a menu folder: see the screenshots below (click to enlarge).

Menu folders only add structure to the navigation menu: they don’t get their own page on your site. If you want a customizable landing page for the content you grouped together, use a Refined Page instead.

Go to the Site Builder page to learn how to a add Menu Folder to your site, edit its settings, and edit its view permissions. View permissions let you decide who can see the menu folder, which lets you tailor the site to different types of users.
