You can add widgets from external services to a Refined site. For example, adding a chat functionality from Intercom or Zendesk enables your users to contact you directly.
To get code for an Intercom chat widget, go to Intercom’s website > Settings > Installation > Web.
To get code for a Zendesk chat widget, go to Zendesk’s website > Settings > Channels > Widget > create a widget.
Paste the code into an HTML module in the page’s Layout Editor.
Go to the Refined Administration.
Click Sites in the left-hand menu.
Pick the site you want to add the widget to.
Go to the Configuration tab > Advanced Settings > Activate Custom HTML.
Paste your code in the At the end of BODY field.
