Chat widgets
We don’t support issues caused by custom CSS or HTML. We reserve the right to change the HTML structure of our apps at any time. We don’t recommend you to override CSS from the apps.
You can add chat widgets from external services to a Refined site. For example, widgets from Intercom and Zendesk make it easy for your users to contact you.
Get the widget’s code
To get code for the native Jira Service Management widget, follow this guide. Refined also supports the Atlassian Marketplace app Chat for Jira Service Management: read the article supported Atlassian Marketplace apps.
To get code for an Intercom chat widget, go to Intercom’s website > Settings > Installation > Web.
To get code for a Zendesk chat widget, go to Zendesk’s website > Settings > Channels > Widget > and create a widget.

Add the widget to your site
You can choose to display the widget on the entire site, or only on a single page.
To an entire site
Go to the Refined Administration.
Click Sites in the left-hand menu.
Pick the site you want to add the widget to.
Go to the Configuration tab > Advanced Settings > Activate Custom HTML.
Paste your code in the At the end of BODY field.
To a single page
Edit a landing page and paste the code into an HTML module.
