You create and manage your sites in the Refined Administration.

Access the Refined Administration via Confluence or Jira

  1. Click Apps > Refined in the navigation menu.

  2. Click the Go to Refined Administration button.

Access the Refined Administration via a Refined site

Use keyboard shortcuts, or click the Cogwheel in the site’s navigation menu and select how you want to manage the site:

  • Site structure (keyboard shortcut B)

  • Configuration (keyboard shortcut G)

  • Permissions

  • Audience Features

  • Site Switcher

  • Edit Current Theme (keyboard shortcut Shift + E)

Refined Administration anatomy

  • Sites. Create and manage sites.

  • Themes. Themes determine the look and feel of sites. To apply a theme, go to the site structure in a site’s settings.

  • Integrations. Your sites can contain content from one or more of your Atlassian tools. Additionally, you can connect your sites to Google Analytics to gain insights into your visitors.

  • Account. Manage your data residency and custom domain subscription.

  • Administrators. Control who can manage all sites and settings. To add administrators for only a specific site, go to the site's settings.

  • Help Center. A link to the site you’re looking at right now!

  • What’s new. We highlight major new product features on this page.

  • Feedback. See feedback from users on your sites.

  • Cookie settings. Learn more about the cookies that are necessary for the Refined Administration to function. You can also opt in/out for the in-product help cookies, which allow us to improve and personalize your experience in Refined.

  • Log out.
