Table of contents on Confluence pages
A table of contents helps users navigate long pages:
It lists all headings on a page
It moves along with the user as they scroll down
It shows which paragraph the user is reading
It can take users to another paragraph with a simple click.
Users can hide or show the table of contents by clicking the button on the right-hand side of the page. This button only appears when the Confluence page width is set to 68% or less in the Theme Editor.
Display table of contents
Go to Confluence space settings and toggle on Table of contents.
Interactions with other space settings
This setting is not available when pages are displayed as in native Confluence.
