Direct users from native Confluence and JSM to your Refined sites

Confluence

Due to the parallel setup on cloud, Confluence spaces can be accessed in native Confluence and on the Refined sites you added them to – both of which have their own URL. Adding a header banner to spaces in native Confluence helps to guide users to the Refined site.

  1. Go to a space in native Confluence.

  2. Go to the Confluence space settings.

  3. In the Look and feel section, click Page layout.

  4. Add a message in the header. This will be visible on all pages within the space, but only in native Confluence – not on the Refined site.

Jira Service Management

Due to the parallel setup on cloud, JSM portals can be accessed in the JSM help center and on the Refined sites you added them to – both of which have their own URL. Adding an announcement in native JSM (portal or entire help center) helps to guide users to the Refined site.
