Add-ons & Confluence features in the Global Menu

Menu items from add-ons are displayed in the global menu, if the plugin developer has specified it (using 'system.header/left'). These items include for example Confluence Questions and Team Calendars.

The Confluence Default Theme displays these in the header section. All bundled and created themes in Refined will display these items in the global menu, unless hidden using CSS.

Comala Workflows

To display Comala Workflows tasks on the dashboard, please add the Workflow Report macro to the dashboard setting the Type parameter to 'dashboard'.

Confluence Questions

RefinedTheme for Confluence works great with  Confluence Questions. If these add-ons are installed, you can use Confluence Questions as an alternative to comments in a space in order to create a FAQ base (as we've done in this space).

Questions Module

In addition to adding questions macros to Space layouts and dashboards, you'll be able to add a Questions module to either the Footer or Category menu

The questions module can be configured as a regular Questions list macro to show Questions according to your settings. You add a Questions Module by creating a new category or subcategory for the category menu, or by adding a new Questions column in case it's to be used in the Footer.

Team Calendars for Confluence

Team Calendars for Confluence integrates seamlessly with Refined for Confluence.

If installed, a Team Calendars icon will be added automatically to the Global menu. You'll also get access to a customized Team Calendar macro written by Refined, intended to work with the Refined main dashboard.

Please note that the macro only works if placed on the main dashboard.

You find information on that macro below:

Please note: The calendar dashboard plugin only works on the main dashboard.
