After installing the app, you can start using macros right away. To add themes and customize a space overview, you need to first activate Refined Toolkit for that space.
Themes can be activated on a space level.
Navigate to a space.
Go to Space settings in the left-hand menu.
Click Theming.
Activate theming for this space.
Choose a theme.
Navigate back to the space home.
The Refined space overview overrides the default space overview of a space. To retrieve the content from the default homepage, disable Refined Toolkit for that space.
Navigate to a space.
Go to Space settings in the left-hand menu.
Under Global look and feel, click Theming.
Select Global look and feel and confirm.
Confluence administrators can:
Set the default theme, which is used when theming is applied to a space for the first time.
Make global themes which are accessible to everyone in your Confluence instance.
See which Confluence spaces are themed.
Export and import themes.
Decide if space administrators are allowed to create their own themes.
To manage themes:
Click on the Cogwheel in the top-right corner in Confluence.
In the left-hand Settings menu, locate Refined Toolkit and click Configuration.
Adjust settings in the Configuration tab or the Themes tab.
