Users can access the My requests overview from all sites and portals via their user avatar menu in the top right. Here they can find and arrange their own requests and those shared with them.

To add this functionality on a page, use the My Requests module in the page’s layout.

Filters

There are several options for filtering the My Requests listing via the filter bar available at the top.

Status

  • Any status

  • Open Requests

  • Closed requests

Filter on requests based on their status. From the avatar menu there are shortcuts to Open Requests via “My Requests” and to Any Status via “All Requests”.

Reporter

  • Created by anyone

  • Created by me

  • Where I am a participant

  • Organizations

Filter on requests created by you, or shared requests where you’re added as a participant.
If you’ve set up organizations they are also presented here as options to filter on requests created by anyone in a given organization.

Request type

All visible request types for the user, grouped by portal.

Here you’ll filter on any specific request type that was used to create the request.

Location

(From 3.3.0)

Here you can search for a location in the structure you or your Refined administrator set up via the Site Builder.

You can search for a site, category or the portals to limit showing requests contained in those.

Text

The free-text search will append a JQL query to search for text ~ $query

In short this means you’ll be able to search summary/title, description or the KEY of the request, as listed under Reference

Edit columns

Use the Edit columns button to customise which columns are shown. Search for and check/uncheck the columns you’d like present and save. Once saved, the table will update with your new selection of columns. There’s also the option to restore to the default values.

Sorting

Click the column headers that feature up/own arrows to sort them in ascending or descending order.

Rearrange columns

Rearrange columns by clicking and briefly holding the the column header. A move icon appears, allowing you to drag and drop the column into another location.
